After 2 weeks of back and forth with 2 other local plumbing companies I found Bob’s on an internet search. When I saw his near perfect 5-star rating on Google I knew he’d be the guy. Bob was so very knowledgeable, friendly, informative of every step of the process of upgrading my old galvanized piping to copper in a finished basement. (Not an easy feat in such a competitive industry.) Secondly, his skills and experience alone have supported his business for a long time. Today (March 19, 2024) Bob fixed my kitchen faucet and the drain pipes. He explained to me in details about the leaking water issues. He is really knowledgeable about the house pipes and the drain lines. He quickly fixed everything using the top quality faucet and pipes with a reasonable price. We have used this business for quite few jobs in our home. Bob has repaired 2 of our toilet flushes, installed 2 sinks and repaired our shower. His service is excellent, he knows his trade and he backs up his work with warranty. When the problem resurfaced in one of the flushes that he had repaired, he came back and fixed it free of charge. Bob was absolutely outstanding, being a first time homeowner I had no idea who to call when my main water shut of valve in my basement decided to fail on me and start to leak out of control which could have flooded my entire basement. The first time I had a plumbing issue at my house, it was major to my knowledge had old drain pipe in basement leaking when using kitchen, bathroom sinks also bathtub they were all tied together so I started to search the web reading customers comments, while reading Bob’s web site comments all were highly rated. I called Bob explained the situation he came within 2 hrs. and he explained what needs to be replaced. Gave me an estimate it sounded fair to me with all the work required also had the bathtub valve stems re-placed.

The following day he showed up at 9am as promised and spent all day. He asked clarifying questions over the phone and, after inspection, even attempted to discourage me from hiring him to replace what he determined to be a perfectly functioning toilet. I contacted Bob to have a gas stove installed. Although his schedule was filled, he found the time to come to my home. He was completely professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his service and would definitely recommend him to everyone!

Bob is a genuine old fashioned plumber with a kind heart. We bought a flipped house and the moron contractors ran our washing machine pipes outside through our Florida room (which we had NO idea until Bob figured it out!). Needless to say with the cold weather, the pipes were frozen solid. Bob was at my home for 4 hours disconnecting the outside pipes for fear of them bursting and causing a flood. He showed me the issues along the way so I could follow what he was doing. Next week, he will be correcting the stupid contractors mistakes. Bob is the real deal. And helps in a huge pinch!

I called Bob because I was having problems with my hot water, he came the next day right on time at 12pm. He is very knowledgeable, does great work, and more than reasonable with his prices. Let's just say, compared to the plumbers around my area he was half the price. So in my opinion, it's hard to find these guys now that are truthful , tells you exactly what the problem is, and also points out things that can improve or may fail from town inspectors. To top it off, he is meticulous and cleans up afterwards.

Less than a month after moving in everything in the house was backing up into the laundry sink and we didn't really know what to do.

I had a plumbing problem and called bobs, he was at my home working on my problem which he took care of quit quickly. I mentioned another problem I was having with my drain in a bathroom cink. My drain was clogged and no snakes were working to unclog it, bob said let’s take a look at it, he ended up taking everything apart and pretty much putting all new pipes in and putting new knobs for the cink. By the time he was done everything worked perfect and it looked like a new cink! All with a great price and job was finished quickly.
