After 2 weeks of back and forth with 2 other local plumbing companies I found Bob’s on an internet search. When I saw his near perfect 5-star rating on Google I knew he’d be the guy. Bob was so very knowledgeable, friendly, informative of every step of the process of upgrading my old galvanized piping to copper in a finished basement. Not to mention he left the job clean as a whistle! What a great guy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! He even called a few days after to check-in on the job. Will absolutely be my go-to from now on.

I have called Bob on several occasions for plumbing issues and each time, he returns my call promptly, is able to schedule an appointment quickly and handles the problem efficiently and professionally. He provided recommendations and tips on how to take care of the new kitchen faucet that he installed and explained the reasons why the other plumbing issues happened, including the difference in the quality of the previous parts used vs replacing with better quality parts that he uses to prevent issues in the future. His prices are reasonable and his work is thorough.

Called Bob to fix the issue with our Gas Boiler, as per previous comments Bob exactly knew what i was talking about, his experience and work ethics are awesome. While on job he smelled gas leak from the water heater which we were not aware and when he spray tested it, it was an active leak which he was able to fix, next we had hissing sound from out toilet and that was fixed too. Bob is honest, reliable and would definitely using his services again and recommending him to family and friends. Thanks again Bob.

We had an issue with a running toilet and Bob came out within 2 hours of us calling and had our toilet fixed within 20 minutes. He was kind, attentive and explained what he was doing to ensure we felt satisfied and comfortable. Highly recommend!
